Personal Request.
Building a community and a cohort of colleagues is the most important thing I am doing every day. At risk of sounding 'begging,' please share my community. My heart is 100% focused on making identity work a core construct in coaching. Of course, it's not the only thing. But how can a couple work on their marriage if their identities are askew? How can you get that promotion if your self-esteem is bruised and your identity is weak? How can you overcome life transitions and begin again if you fail to recognize the role that identity plays in your new life? I recently researched and was able to confirm more than 100 negative emotional states that are linked to maligned identity. Please share with my community and allow me to spread the message of the importance of identity work.
