Pre-4th of July Check-in
Today, I was sitting here thinking that self-guided means alone. But what I offer here is not that. Yes, self-guided is still on your terms, and yes, it is important to build self-confidence and esteem. However, it is also important to focus on reaching out to people and engaging with them (especially if they are on the same journey). Together we win. I'm here every day if you need me.
