A little bit about me:
In my 25+ years of experience with craft beer & beverages, I've developed a deep passion and expertise for creating the ultimate beer and beverage experience.
I own Beer by Coleman, where I consult, helping open up or operate brewing companies or taprooms throughout the US. I conduct virtual/in-person tasting events (with beer, cider, whiskey/Bourbon, and Mezcal/Tequila), create and run festivals, & speak.
I'm an owner of RationAles, an elevated craft beer and cocktail bar in Williamsville, NY. I'm the Co-host of the "What Are We Drinking About" with Bougie & the BEERst FB/IG Live & Podcast, and the WNY Craft Beer Show on Fox 29.
I also served as the Director of the Brewing, Fermentation, and Distillation Program at Trocaire College, and a member of the Western New York Brewers Guild, and Start A Brewery
During this tenure, I've also simultaneously served 20 yrs. in the NYS educational system as a teacher and administrator and several yr's as a US SBA Loan Officer.
