How This Community Works
This community runs on a simple structure so everyone keeps moving forward, and not just drifting through life.
I work out every day, and there’s the option to hop on Zoom and work out with me. I’ll start with the zoom 3 days a week and see how that goes. I know working out alone can get lonely and inconsistent, so this is more about structure and consistency than intensity.
I’ll post a workout of the day, it’ll be in the Zoom chat, and you can follow along or do your own thing. Camera can be on or off, everyone’s muted, we’re just there working out together for about 30 minutes.
After the workout we hang out for a bit and talk about life, goals, business, relationships, or whatever people are working on right now.
Tuesday or Thursday I’ll post self-development philosophies, strategies, frameworks, things I’m learning about discipline, direction, relationships, business, and life.
Sunday I’ll post motivation and reflection for the upcoming week so everyone resets and starts the week with intention.
Every two weeks we’ll do a Zoom call where we talk about life, direction, business, relationships, goals, and whatever people are trying to figure out or build.
Once per month we’ll do a 90-minute seminar where I’ll teach philosophy, frameworks, communication, responsibility, discipline systems, and life skills. A lot of this comes from the identity coaching work I do one-on-one, so I’ll be bringing the same frameworks and conversations into the group.
This is an environment where people work on their life.
