Hi, I am Eva. I have a Master’s degree in Systemic Family Therapy and a deep interest in nervous system work and how we can use it to create our future. I have supported many women through anxiety, divorce, and major life transformations.
I am not a coach, but a teacher. I will support you in learning how to coach yourself — to bring your ideas and creations to life through simple exercises and challenges in a loving environment.
You don’t need more knowledge. You will build the confidence, clarity, and momentum to create the success story you know you’re capable of.
