I love asking this question! It started quite a few years ago, back in my home town. My local Dairy Queen had a table set up with a bible and highlighters. The signed said “Please highlight your favorite verse!” I thought it was a neat idea! So, I started asking people around me what their favorite bible verse is!

Asking this question allows us to see another perspective of someone, and why the verse they pick resonates with them! It can also gauge what they need from you at the moment!

My favorite verse is John 13:34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” NIV. I have always loved this verse because it reminds me that no matter what I am dealing with, I need to be aware and love the ones around me! Love with no judgement and love fiercely!
