My LinkedIn Strategy for Q1
My biggest business regret is that I never consistently built up my social profile.
I've been on and off LinkedIn for what feels like a decade. Sprinting and then stopping. Rinse and repeat.
As a result, although I have got leads, they have been inconsistent.
But 2025 is when I turn it all around.
I've already had a strong January and I'm going to continue with my strategy until the end of March, at which point I will be analysing its effectiveness and seeing whether I need to tweak anything, double down, or just continue as is.
So here's what I'm doing - it's essentially the rule of 300 but for LinkedIn:
  • - Post five times a week minimum
  • - Spend a minimum of an hour engaging on other people's content
  • - Reaching out/connecting to the people that are both my ICP and who engage with my content in some way, shape or form
  • - Doing cold outreach to people that fit my ICP
I'm starting to get a trickle of leads coming in but I very much wanna be in a position by April where I'm getting consistent 2-3 leads from LinkedIn every single week.
