Hit 10,000 steps in a single day as many times as possible during the 30-day challenge.

  • The challenge runs for 30 days starting March 16.
  • Each day you either hit 10,000 steps or you don’t.
  • Every day you reach 10K steps counts as 1 point.
πŸ† How the Winner Is Chosen
  • The person who reaches 10,000 steps the MOST days within the 30 days wins.
Example:
  • Person A hits 10K steps 22 days
  • Person B hits 10K steps 25 days➑️ Person B wins
❗ Important Rules
  • There is no required number of days per week.
  • You can walk any time during the day to reach your steps.
  • Steps must be tracked using a fitness tracker or phone step counter.
  • Honesty system β€” no cheating! This is about accountability and movement.

  • Walking outside
  • Treadmill walking
  • Daily movement (work, errands, etc.)
