Before you rest, ask yourself this:
What am I still carrying that God never asked me to hold overnight?
You don’t have to solve everything today. You don’t have to replay every conversation. You don’t have to figure out tomorrow before you rest tonight.
Lay your thoughts down. Release the pressure to perform. Let God work while you sleep.
Affirmation for tonight:
“I release what I cannot control and rest in God’s care. Tomorrow will meet me with fresh grace.”
