Bismillah.
So⦠I left the gym.
Not because it's haram ā Iām not here to drop fatwas š¼ ā but because I personally didnāt feel good about the environment, the music, the vibe⦠it just wasnāt sitting right with me spiritually.
So I told myself:
āThatās it. Iām switching to calisthenics.
But now Iāve got a different problemā¦
My calisthenics routine looks like this:
- Day 1: Motivated. Push-ups, pull-ups, full body workout
- Day 2: Sore.
- Day 3: Rest day (also sore).
- Day 4ā7: (let's not talk about thatš
)
Still, I donāt regret it. The niyyah was for Allah. Iām trying to build strength without sacrificing deen.
