I see this pattern a lot in here.
People are:
→ Building SaaS tools
→ Launching Skool communities
→ Setting up AI automations
But months later…
No users.
No revenue.
No real traction.
It’s not because you’re not working hard. It’s because you skipped one step: VALIDATION
Most founders build based on:
→ what sounds cool
→ what’s trending
→ what they think people need
Instead of what people are already trying to solve.
The difference is simple: Builders who struggle say:
“What can I create?”
Builders who win ask:
“What is already painful enough that someone would pay to fix it?”
That’s why you’ll see:
→ simple ideas making money
→ while complex builds sit unused
Before you add another feature…
Before you start a new idea…
Ask yourself this:
Do I have proof someone wants this?
Or am I hoping they will?
