It’s not harder to do deals right now.
It’s harder to do bad deals.
Buyers didn’t disappear.
They just got smarter.
Which means:
👉 overpriced deals sit
👉 weak deals fall apart
👉 real deals move fast
The market didn’t change…
the standard did.
If your deals aren’t moving,
it’s not a buyer problem.
It’s a deal problem.
