🎯🎯🎯 Best Filters for Finding Accredited Investors?🎯🎯🎯
Hey everyone 👋
We’re using BatchData to source leads for real estate investment firms - specifically looking for accredited investors open to 18–22% return off-market real estate deals.
We reach out on behalf of our clients using unique backend outreach strategies, but we want to make sure our front-end data filters are dialed in.
Current filters we’re using:
- Income: $200K+
- Net worth: $1M+
- Age: 30–65 (this is because we do Zoom meetings with the leads)
- Owner Type: Individual
- Owner Occupied: Yes (this is due to a specific outreach process we run - but we’re open to removing it if it’s limiting our pool)
That said, we’re honestly not sure if these filters are hitting the mark at all.
👉 Has anyone here had success finding people who are actually open to investing in real estate using BatchData?
