Hey guys,
We run a real estate investor outreach agency and use BatchData heavily — but we’re running into a serious issue.
Whenever we run a search and check “Exclude Previously Ordered Data”, it can literally take multiple hours for the list to process. We’ve even considered switching back to PropWire, despite the less advanced filters, just because we can’t afford to wait that long on every order.
We reached out to support, and they told us not to run duplication checks against all past orders — only the ones we think might have overlap.
But here’s the issue:
We’re about to start ordering 300,000+ records/month, and at that scale, trying to manually figure out which orders could have overlap just isn’t realistic. It’s becoming a huge operational bottleneck.
🧠 Has anyone figured out a better system for this?
Whether it’s automation, a smart workaround, or even a better way to use BatchData — we’d love to hear how you’re solving this.
Thanks in advance 🙏
