Sleeping in on Weekends? I got you..
What's up fam, hope everyone is having an awesome start to their weekend 😎
Wanted to give you guys a small piece of advice that changed my life, and will likely help a lot with your fitness πŸ’ͺ
Sleep is actually a MASSIVELY underlooked part of your fitness, because it affects your metabolism so much.
Now..weekends.
A lot of people CHANGE THEIR SLEEP SCHEDULE on the weekends ❌
They stay up late on Fridays and Saturdays, and then sleep in on Sundays.
Here's the problem. Your body doesn't know what weekends are, so your sleep rythm actually gets out of whack, and messes with your metabolism. It also affects your energy levels for the next few days.
Instead, go to bed at the same time every day (including weekends). It requires more discipline, yes, but it well help you achieve your goals faster :)
And hey who doesn't want more discipline in their life 🀷
