Step 4 : One carb source. Rice or sweet potatoes. Both versatile and easy to match with any meal
Step 5 : Mix and match. Toss a protein, veggie, and carb in a container. That's your lunch or dinner
No fancy recipes, no gastronomical adventures. Just real, whole food
Keeps you on track physically and mentally focused. Plus, you won't be tempted by whatever junk food is lurking in the office kitchen or at home
