Quick grab to eat!
I am always looking for things that are quick and healthy. I know many people do a “working” lunch. I use these as part of my lunch. I eat them plain and out of its package.(Boring, I know.) I don’t like that full weighed feeling after I eat especially when I am running around the gym with my students. Try them! Maybe you have! 👍🏻
