Had some time to workout between 2:30-3:30pm and made a little team of 3 workout with 2 of my buddies who were in the gym at the same time.
The workout went as follows:
- We each rode 3000m on the echo bike at the same time.
- We each completed 30x 10m shuttle runs at the same time.
- We then shared 300m of a sled push @150kg, swapping every 10m until we had each completed 100m.
- We each did a 100m walking lunge at the same time.
- We then shared the 240 reps on the GHD sit-ups, swapping every 20 reps until we had completed 80 reps each.
- Each ran 30x 10m shuttle runs again at the same time
- Then finished off with another 3000m on the echo bike at the same time.
Workout took us 33:13. Was a nice little breath-move-sweat session!
