It is a professional health coaching community, where you will find a way to fit health into your life. Support for Reducing stress, lower anxiety, improve digestion.

It includes a method I created called Timeless Health Habits, awareness for you to be able to fit all this healthy habits into the day. We will work with the Mind, Breath and Digestion and how all of these are connected. With this you can lower anxiety, reduce stress and improve digestion. From here you will find a foundation that makes you ready to integrate healthy habits into the life you live.

There is no need to add extra hours to your day to start healthy habits that your doctor told you to change.

Weekly episodes, with reflections, questions and sharing small wins.

👥 Who it's for:

For you if your doctor told you to change your lifestyle, but you don't know where to start.... Think of chronic diseases, heart health, gut health issues, autoimmune diseases, diabetes etc. You will be guided in the path that you need to follow. There are no diagnoses, or treatments.

🎯 What makes it worth joining:

Often we fail to change because we are expected to change alone. Your surroundings might support you but they don't change with you. And this is a huge factor why people fail to change. Many people know what to change, but cannot do it alone. In my community you will be guided through live classes and recorded classes.. think of morning meditations, health coaching, coffee hours, Breathing classes, gut health, hormone health learning sessions, Koko to vision Kitchen.
