Im Timm Martin. I am the vision for Barbarian Culture. My expertise is in the fitness and nutrition realm. I look forward to teaching all that I have learned in the strength and conditioning world. Competed in strength sports as well as field sports. Anything I have learned to be useful and valuable I look forward to passing on to all of you.
