My first experience in animation
Many people here give advice to novice animators. But how did others animators start animating? I will tell you my experience in animation.
I must say right away that I am writing through a translator, because my native language is Russian because I am too lazy to translate myself. Also I learned quickly and quickly stopped. It happens.
Background.
I have loved to draw since childhood. In 2020, I found out that there is such a meme of countryballs. I found out about the Bulgarian Countryball channel at the end of 2020. Later, I met friends on the Internet who also love countryballs. Thanks to them, I started making art and animations. In January 2021, I downloaded the Adobe Animate program on my computer. I decided to make the first animation. In the beginning, I couldn't do anything, because it was the first time I OPENED this program. I wanted to quit this case to hell! But I was saying in my mind, "if I try, I will definitely succeed." And... I did it! You can see my first animation in the attachment.
Further.
Every time I opened Adobe Animate, I learned something new. I really enjoyed the painstaking work. I watched Art's Animations streams (Belarusian countryballs animator) and studied with him. 2 the art in the attachment was made in November 2021. I will say that I was 13 years old at the time. This is so that you don't think that only adult uncles and aunts can animate. Actually, I have a lot more works, but I don't show them here because many people won't understand them. But as quickly as I learned, I quickly gave it up. In 2022, I stopped drawing country balls. I quit animation for personal reasons, but I haven't stopped watching episodes and countryballs histories. This break lasted almost 2 years.
What is it now?
Good news (or bad news for haters). I went back to animating. I'm currently working on a meme about Moscow and St. Petersburg. But the voice acting and animation there leave much to be desired. Thanks to countryballs, I became the person I am now. Countryballs changed my life. It's true! If I hadn't learned about countryballs and loved this meme, I wouldn't be winning geography olympiads right now. I'm serious. But that's another story. And so. Maybe I'm back to it, but for how long?...
