Week 6 is all about drinking more water!
I truly believe one of the most underrated healthy habits is simply drinking water.
There’s a reason so many people want to drink more water, yet so few actually stick with it long term.
A big part of the problem? Arbitrary goals like “one gallon a day.”
For most petite women, that’s way too much—and completely unsustainable.
This week is all about hydration, so stay tuned.
I’ll be sharing exactly how much water you should be drinking, foods that support hydration, and simple ways to tell if you’re actually getting enough.
Because let’s be honest—the top five worst feelings in the world are:
  1. Headaches
  2. Constipation
  3. Low energy
  4. Low motivation or poor concentration
  5. A bad mood
And yes—drinking enough water can literally help reduce all of these.
So if you’ve been feeling stuck in the “top five worst feelings in the world,” it might be time to really lock in on your hydration. 💧
