Happy new moon in Scorpio!
This new moon isn’t a “light and new beginnings” vibe, it’s about realigning and clearing out what no longer serves you. Scorpio energy = transformation, depth, shadow work, endings + rebirth.
Change is good, right?
Right?? 🫠
Scorpio new moons ask:
- What am I pretending not to see?
- What have I been tolerating?
- Where am I giving too much?
- What needs to die so I can actually live better?
It’s not gentle, but it IS liberating.
Think about it and if you have time, try a few of the steps listed below!
1. The “Reset & Recenter” Ritual (10 minutes)
- Sit somewhere quiet.
- Put one hand on your chest, one on your belly.
- Take 5 slow breaths.
- Ask yourself: “What do I want more of this month? What do I want less of?”
- Write down one intention in each category. Keep it super simple.
2. Declutter One Micro-Zone
The new moon is a clean slate. Pick one tiny “energy drain” zone:
- A drawer
- Your purse
- The car cupholder
- Your bathroom counter. Spend 5 minutes clearing it. Done. Move on.
3. Burn + Begin
- Write down something you’re done carrying (a thought, habit, pattern).
- Safely burn it in a candle flame or tear it into tiny pieces.
- Then write the opposite as your intention for the next 2 weeks.
Example:
“I’m done putting myself last.” → “I’m practicing micro-moments of care daily.”
4. Water Ritual (for emotional clarity)
- Fill a glass with water.
- Hold it and speak your intention into it (yes it feels silly, do it anyway).
- Drink it slowly, imagining it going into your body as a program for the month.
5. “Future Me” Alignment
Ask: “What would the ‘leveled up’ version of me do tomorrow morning?”
Pick one tiny action and commit to it (5-minute stretch, cleaner breakfast, no phone first 10 minutes, etc.)
6. Space Clearing *Lite*
No sage needed. Just:
- Open a window
- Shake out a pillow or blanket
- Light a candle. This shifts the energy of your space enough to feel the reset.
7. Body-Based Ritual
Your body loves cycles. Try:
- A slow 3-minute stretch
- Hip circles
- A gentle walk
- Set an intention with each movement.
