Morning Launchpad! Wanted to pop in and see how everyone is doing!? What's everyone been up to AI-wise? How are we liking GPT-4o so far? loving it? Hating it (like me!)? Somewhere in the middle? Anyone come across any new tools they're obsessed with? Or prompts they can't stop using? Let's hear it! In other news, I ordered a whole new laptop so that I could start using the new ChatGPT desktop app since it doesn't work with older Intel-based macs. Yes, a single app convinced me to get a new computer. To be fair, it's 5 years old and was ready for an upgrade. So anyway, I've been playing around with it this weekend and I'm wondering why we still don't have the new voice and screenshare features they promised us almost a month ago now! Ruuuude! Also, have ya'll checked out Perplexity's new Pages feature? Also also, if you're not using Perplexity yet, what're you doing?! I just signed up for a Pro account to see if it's worth it. I even copied my custom intstructions for voice and tone I use in ChatGPT over to Perplexity and now my searach results are a vibe too! I've been slammed with all sorts of different projects which is why i've been pretty MIA in here. The two I'm most excited about though? I'm currently running the Scenic Route beta with 13 students and so far it's been a blast! (Scenic Route is my Midjourney course btw.) I can't wait to dive into all the more advanced stuff this week like referencing, weighting and workflows!
