How to make those AI scene videos for YouTube

Hey all - I'm wondering if anyone has ideas or recs for creating AI-generated videos of cute/cozy scenes with some soft music and light animation. Seems like it should be...somewhat straightforward...but I'm totally new to image / video gen (and video creation in general). It kind of looks like fun to make and could be cool to monetize and see how it goes. Thoughts/ ideas welcome on what tools to use and how to streamline the workflow.
