MORNING ROLL CALL 2/18
Win the dark. Lead the day.
We don’t drift into mornings — we take ground.
This is how a marked man moves before the world wakes:
1️⃣ Lock the Wake-Up Time
Set it. Honor it. ±15 minutes max.
No snooze. No negotiation.
Integrity begins where no one sees.
Screenshot it. Drop it below.
2️⃣ Hydrate with Purpose
Big glass of water. Add electrolytes.
Fuel the machine first.
Clarity follows hydration.
3️⃣ Cold Exposure (30–90 sec)
End of the shower if needed.
Step into discomfort on purpose.
Slow the breath. Own the response.
Calm strength over emotional reaction.
4️⃣ Journal
• 3 intentions
• 3 gratitudes
• 1–3 emotions
No performance. Just awareness.
A man who can name his emotions can govern them.
5️⃣ Stillness + Scripture (5–10 min)
Breathe. Pray. Read. Reflect.
Identity before activity.
Choose a chapter. Share one takeaway.
Truth anchors the day before the world tries to define you.
6️⃣ Check In Here
Post when complete.
Not for applause — for alignment.
Isolation weakens. Brotherhood sharpens.
Bagged — living above reproach.
Tagged — marked and surrendered.
Stack the reps.
Move the needle.
Scripture is not optional here.
It is the compass.
