Baddie House Rules - A LuxeCo Standard
1) Big Baddie Energy Only
We don't do mean girl vibes here. Show up with kindness, confidence, and class. Hype your sisters up like you hype yourself. No negative self-talk. We're all baddies here.
2) Respect the Journey - Yours & Theirs
Every baddie is on her own level - whether she's just starting or scaling to 7 figures. Celebrate progress, not perfection.
3) No Burnout Talk in the Lounge
This is a soft life safe space. We're building success through flow, not grind. If you're venting, bring a solution or a question too.
4) Share the Sauce, Don't Sell It
No pitching, spamming, or unsolicited DMs. Give value, build trust, and let your glow speak for itself. We'll open promo threads when it's time.
5) Confidentiality is Couture
What's shared in this space stays in this space. We're building a global girl group rooted in trust, privacy, and power. We will have venting sessions and share personal experiences that need to remain confidential. If caught spreading anyone's personal business, you will be removed from the group indefinitely.
6) Give Before You Get
Want feedback? Drop some love on another baddie's post first. Wanat visibility? Show up and contribute. Reciprocity builds royalty.
7) Boss Up or Ask Up
This is a space to grow - not perform. Don't sit stuck. Ask questions, share wins, and stay coachable. Closed mouths don't get fed or funded.
8) Honer the Luxe Code
We keep our vibes, visuals, and voice aligned with LuxeCo energy - clean, intentional, and elevated. If you wouldn't post it on your dream brand's page, don't post it here.
9) Follow the Glow-Up
