Consious movement
Hello movers,
This is the phase where motivation usually drops. You’ve missed a couple of sessions, life gets busy, and the mind starts whispering: “Maybe this isn’t for me… I don’t have time… I’ll try again next year…”
Don’t let that voice win.
Falling behind is normal. What matters is that you come back. As I said many times before, this challenge is not about perfection. It’s about resilience, awareness, and rebuilding the connection with your body step by step. We’re training our mind just as much as our muscles.
And remember, movement doesn’t only happen in the videos. You can practice conscious movement anytime: when you reach for something in the kitchen, pick something up from the floor, or take a deep breath before your next meeting. It all counts.
