Introduction
My name is Steve Johnson. I live in Red Bay Alabama. Which is north west corner of the state. I am currently 66 years old, under doctors care, medical doctor, as well as cardiac doctor. I am doing a lot better than I was in 2011, I’m also down a total of almost 100 pounds since 2011. I am looking forward to losing a minimum of 15% to 20% body fat, along with a reduction of about another 50 pounds. I saw Eric and his content and that seems like what I needed in my life. I need structure. I need dependability, reliability, confidence, self-esteem, be more like the man I’m supposed to be. Thank you for having me and I hope I can live up to the standards that you have set for this group.
