Liability Waiver
Assumption of Risks and Responsibilities
I understand that there are inherent risks associated with training, boarding, socializing, walking, and working with dogs. I assume all responsibility for myself and my dog(s) during these activities with Baby Pack Leader exercising due diligence and care. I will not hold Baby Pack Leader, Aileen Cronin, any affiliates, or property owners responsible for any injuries or misfortunes to me or my dog while participating in these activities.
I further understand that due to the way dogs interact with each other, cuts or scratches can occur to me or my dog, even though the dogs are carefully supervised. Additionally, I acknowledge that participation in any of these activities carries risks such as tripping, falling, getting knocked down, being jumped on,, bit, scratched, etc.
Understanding and Agreement
I understand and agree to the following:
Due to language differences, working with animals can be challenging.
Dogs mouths contain teeth and bacteria.
Any information shared by Baby Pack Leader does not replace a veterinarian's expertise or diagnosis.
Baby Pack Leader will not seek medical treatment for my dog without my knowledge and consent.
Dogs are housed indoors and are not left outside unattended.
Outdoor environments come with inherent risks and the chance of encountering wildlife.
Health and Vaccinations
In enrolling my dog(s) into any of Baby Pack Leader programs, I represent that my dog(s) are in good health and have received the necessary vaccinations or equivalent alternatives as agreed upon by my veterinarian. If my dog becomes injured or ill, Baby Pack Leader has the right to contact my designated veterinarian as provided on the Client Portal. In the event of an emergency and if my designated veterinarian is unavailable, Baby Pack Leader has the right to take my dog(s) to the nearest animal hospital for immediate care. I agree to reimburse Baby Pack Leader in full for any medical expenses accrued while under their supervision. Baby Pack Leader will not be held responsible for any decisions made by the veterinarian on my dog's behalf.
Release and Indemnification
I hereby release and agree to save and hold harmless Baby Pack Leader, Aileen Cronin, any affiliates, or property owners from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, loss, injury, or damage of any nature or kind, whether sustained by me or my dog(s) or caused in any way by my dog(s). I specifically agree to fully indemnify Baby Pack Leader, Aileen Cronin, and any affiliates or property owners for any such liability, claims, suits, actions, losses, injury, or damage. I understand that I am solely financially responsible for any damage or harm caused by my dog during training, boarding, socializing, or walking.
Common Sense and Questions
I take it upon myself to ask questions and use my own common sense. I understand that I do not have to do anything or allow anything to be done that I do not feel comfortable with.
Certification and Agreement
I certify that I have read and understand the rules and regulations set forth herein, as well as this agreement. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations and accept all the terms, conditions, and statements of this agreement. I confirm the truthfulness of the contents of this release form completed by me.
Program Eligibility
I acknowledge that some programs may not be appropriate for all dogs and humans, and Baby Pack Leader reserves the right to remove or refuse a dog from any of their programs.
By participating in the Baby Pack Leader Skool Community Membership I acknowledge and agree to the above.
