Digitisation of German visa

In its recent moves, Germany has, first of its kind in its history, started digitising visa applications for work and studies! Process time has reduced significantly from around 6-8 months to 1-2 months which is a great deal of time saving for us! I, myself, blindly applied for then Job Seekers visa and waited for around 8 months and later got appointment on VFS Global which I didn't opt for due to personal reasons. In the advent of introduction of Chancenkarte, this digitisation will be a great deal for us!
