I’m sure everyone can relate when I say that having a mental fog and so many tasks feels EXTREMELY overwhelming. Hopefully these tips will help!
- Write your goals as specific and tangible as possible. Its not about how much time you put into tasks and trying to fill your calendar, but rather how to make it the most efficient towards your goals
- Drop the To Do List and Just Do: When something comes to mind that you know you’ll eventually have to do, do it right then and there instead of adding it onto a stacked list. Sometimes writing a list makes us feel overwhelmed and we dont know wherento begin
- Marathon Not a Sprint: We all want to be successful or even more successful, but understand that delayed gratification will be the best satisfaction you’ll get once you make it. Some days you can give 100, sometimes its 10, but as long as you keep moving, thats what matters most
