Comfort maintains who you are. Discomfort builds who you’re becoming. The edge you’re standing on isn’t a warning sign. It’s the doorway!!
How to implement this using your 2.0 Calendar Planning System:
On your Top Priorities section this week, label one priority as your edge. Schedule it intentionally. Then use your evening Mental Gym to write what you’re learning from doing hard things on purpose.
