Building strategically!
You have heard it said, "under promise and over deliver" but i say unto thee, "over promise and then figure out how you can use leverage to over deliver"!
The brilliance of this strategy is that it forces you to look beyond your own capabilities when deciding what to promise and what can be delivered.
Leverage OPM, OPT, and strategic partnerships! You will be shocked what becomes possible when you expand your available resources beyond yourself mentally!!
