The eVTOL / Vertiport Operations Specialist
The job title didn't exist five years ago. The infrastructure it requires barely exists now. That is exactly why it matters.
eVTOL, electric vertical takeoff and landing, is the technology behind what the industry has been calling "air taxis" for a decade. The aircraft are real. They are being certified. And the people who will operate the vertiports, the takeoff and landing facilities designed for them, are being hired now.
Vertiport Operations is part air traffic management, part ground handling, part customer experience. The role exists at the edge of where aviation regulation, urban planning, and electric aviation converge.
There is no established training pipeline yet. The people entering this field are writing the syllabus as they go.
If you want a career with no ceiling, it helps to be willing to work in a field that has no floor.
