We Are Hiring Setters: 💵 $3K–$5K/Month + Work Remote

What You’ll Do:
• Engage and reach out to up to 200 people per day with personalized messages
• Make up to 200 cold call attempts per day (scripts and support provided)
• Qualify prospects and book high-quality sales appointments
• Follow up with leads and re-engage cold prospects
• Work EU and North America business hours (full-time position)
• Follow a proven outreach playbook and track daily performance metrics
Who We’re Looking For:
• Based in the EU, North America, South Africa, or lived there 10+ years
• Fluent English with a clear and neutral accent
• Hungry for sales and ready to grind
• Disciplined, reliable, and performance-driven
• Coachable and willing to learn fast
• Comfortable with high daily outreach volume
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, or HeyReach is a big plus
• Previous experience as a setter increases your chances
