🚀 Successfully Completed an n8n Workflow Project!

A client came to me with a challenge:

"I have 1000+ folders, each with multiple subfolders like courses. I want to convert all of them into ebooks. Can you create an n8n workflow for this?"

I said: Absolutely! ✅ And delivered the workflow in just 4 days.

Here’s how it works:

1. The workflow goes through each folder and subfolder to fetch all files.

2. It converts all file types (MP4, MP3, TS, CSV, XLS, PDF, etc.) into TXT format.

3. Then it extracts content from the TXT files and summarizes the text.

4. Using the summaries, it first creates an SOP for the course and then generates an ebook.

5. Both the SOP and ebook are saved in a document, which is then sent to Gamma.ai to convert the text-based ebook into a fully user-friendly ebook with visuals.

This automation saves tons of time and handles massive content efficiently.
