Short Term Rental Customer Service AI Agent

Has anyone already developed an AI Agent that can respond to customers looking to rent short term rentals (Airbnb/Vrbo), can integrate with OwnerRez and Slack? Agent would also need to be able to respond to guests during their stay and must be trained on each properties information as well as be able to recognize when human support is needed? HostBuddy is an option for me but like to believe it can be done cheaper and more customized to fit my needs elsewhere.
