Looks like ChatGPT ads are coming 🤦♂️
OpenAI says they’ll start testing ads in Free and Go accounts as ChatGPT Go rolls out globally.
Quick highlights:
- Ads only in Free + Go
- Shown below answers, not influencing them
- No data sharing with advertisers ( i am not quite sure here - LOOL )
- Personalization is optional
- No ads for minors or sensitive topics
Goal is cheaper, more accessible AI without messing with response quality.
