Hi,

For my AI automation agency, I'm currently looking for a fully remote freelancing Airtable developer who'll work for a client based in California in the luxury real estate industry. The need is urgent. The client needs the developer 2-3 days/week for a first stretch of a few months, with a possibility for a longer collaboration.

EXPECTED SKILLS

very responsive – able to respond to the client by Slack or email within 1 hour
Airtable – familiar with Airtable (database layer, automations and interfaces)
English – fluent in both written and oral English
communication – good relational skills
technical bonus – familiar with Fillout forms, Make automations, and OpenAI prompt engineering

KPI-based incentive structure: Each month, if you achieve certain milestones, you get financial rewards. If you upsell the client on a new project, then you get a commission.
