Full Stack App in 2 Afternoons - AI Coding ft Tavily
So I got a bunch of Tavily API credits for completing their course AND I wanted to show how to use a Boilerplate template to start apps. Combined this with a system (Claude Code Plugin) I've been developing the past couple of months I'm calling 'Apex Spec System' and I made a pretty awesome and good looking app. Complete open-source here: https://github.com/moshehbenavraham/tavily-app How it works: - Phases → major feature groups - Sessions → focused implementation units - Specs → detailed requirements per session - Task checklists → 15-30 items to complete - Validation gates → quality checks before moving on The result: - 15 sessions across 3 phases - FastAPI backend + React frontend + PostgreSQL - Auth, CRUD, 4 Tavily operations, save results with metadata - ~15K lines of production-ready code - 2 afternoons The key insight: AI doesn't drift when it has clear scope, explicit constraints, and traceable progress. It's not magic—it's just structured prompting at the project level. Video below! Curious if anyone else is experimenting with structured AI dev workflows such as BMAD, Github Spec Kit, etc. What's working for you?

🎬 Create Short Product Videos Automatically (No Editing)
I just published a new tutorial where I show how to automatically create short videos for products, links, or blog posts using Airtable, n8n, and AI. Watch the video here: 👉 https://youtu.be/GBtq7tmOqtI If you want to download the full automation and the Airtable base, they’re available in my paid community: 👉 https://dub.sh/automation-tribe This setup is perfect if you want to create videos fast and share them on social media 🚀
I wasted 18 months doing lead gen the “right” way.
Cold DMs. Paid ads. Buying lists. Tweaking subject lines like my life depended on it. Nothing was broken… but nothing was predictable either. Some months were great. Some months were quiet. And that uncertainty is what kills most service businesses. So I stopped chasing “tactics” and built one thing instead: A repeatable outbound acquisition system. Not theory. Not a course idea. Not a guru framework. A system I now use for: - My own agency - AI automation agencies - SaaS founders - Service businesses that sell expertise, not products Here’s what changed once it was in place: • Lead flow stopped depending on ads • Replies became consistent, not lucky • Sales calls were with people who already wanted the service • Monthly revenue became predictable instead of stressful One client went from $5K/month to $65K/month in 12 months using this exact setup. Another replaced paid ads entirely and now books 20–30 qualified conversations/month from outbound alone. The interesting part? Nothing “new” is happening here. No secret platform. No hack that’ll stop working next week. It’s just: - Proper targeting - Real personalization at scale - Systems that remove human error Most people never build this because they’re too busy “trying things.” I’m sharing the exact system I use — for free — so you don’t repeat the same mistakes I did. 👇 Click here to get the exact system for free or Book a quick call to get 20+ qualified leads per month for your business — guaranteed Curious — what’s been your biggest struggle with lead generation so far?
