Error with Workflow Agent Creation - keeping automation on after error

Hey all, I successfully created a workflow agent my first using an AI agent and slack integration yay! Great tutorials. It worked as you can see here. I did get the prompting right and use gpt 4 and it prompts great so happy with that - gave it context. QUESTION: it keeps turning off and works intermittely - can someone tell me what these errors mean? I have a webhook error that didn't go through and the make scenerio turns off by itself. Troubleshoot please?
