TCPA Law Post-poned. What you need to know.
I have gotten dozens of messages asking "now that the TCPA law is post-poned, can I send messages?"
NOTHING HAS CHANGED. If you send text messages to ANYONE who DID NOT explicitly OPT-IN to receiving text messages from YOUR COMPANY .... *IN WRITING* then you a breaking the law, period and you are subject to any fines you may incur or could potentially be sued.
Moral of the story, GET OPT-INS. If you need help with doing that, I am your guy.
