I took my non verbal autistic nephew under my wing due to the fact his mother lost her hip so isn’t very mobile. We live with her so he still gets to see his mum. He loves “shredding” paper, cardboard, grass, aluminium cans 😬 He’ll even pull laundry off the clothesline and throw it on the ground 🤦♀️🫣
I’ll allow you to imagine the mess lol but I will forever be his biggest advocate. No-one understands the things we go through unless they are living them too!
