Over the past few months inside Spirit House Sessions, we’ve been building the foundations — sitting in your power, recognising your own energetic room, discernment, intuition, perception, boundaries, and staying clear in your own field.
Now we’re moving into something really beautiful.
For the next two months, we’re exploring:
Working With Your Spirit Team Guides, signs, spiritual support, and learning how to recognise the ways Spirit may already be communicating with you.
For me personally, connecting with my own team was one of the most powerful parts of my spiritual development.
It helped me understand that I wasn’t alone — that there was support, love, guidance, and a whole spiritual family walking beside me.
And that experience has shaped so much of why I teach this work.
This is the part of Spirit House where the foundations begin moving into lived experience.
Not just learning about connection.
But beginning to practise it.
Inside Spirit House Sessions this week, we’re starting simply:
Sit in your power.
Find your own field.
Invite one guide or Spirit helper closer.
