Brand New: I'm still doing everything manually and just starting to explore tools
Dabbler: I use ChatGPT/Claude occasionally, but I don't have "systems" yet.
Builder: I've set up some automations (Zapier/Make/n8n), but I want to get to the "Agent" level.
Scaling Operator: I have systems running, just here to optimize and find the 1% gains.
