This community has ZERO TOLERANCE for:
โŒ Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
โŒ Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism
โŒ Shaming anyone for their struggles, pace, or choices
โŒ Toxic positivity or "just try harder" advice
โŒ Judgment about someone's interests, pivots, or decisions
โŒ Unsolicited advice without permission
โŒ Dismissing or minimizing someone's ND experience
KINDNESS IS THE ONLY OPTION HERE.
Anyone violating these standards will be immediately removed - no warnings, no second chances. We protect this space fiercely because many of our members have been hurt elsewhere.

When someone pivots:

When someone "quits" something:

โœ… ASK before giving advice: "Would you like suggestions or just support?"
โœ… USE "I" statements: "What worked for me was..." not "You should..."
โœ… RESPECT boundaries: If someone says no advice, honor that
โœ… ASSUME good intentions while still addressing harmful impact
โœ… APOLOGIZE sincerely if you mess up - we all learn together
โŒ NEVER assume someone's:
โŒ Diagnosis, abilities, or challenges
โŒ Financial situation or resources
โŒ Family dynamics or support systems
โŒ Medication or treatment choices
โŒ Gender, pronouns, or identity
โŒ Capacity or energy levels

If you see anything that makes this space unsafe:

โ€ข Don't engage with harmful content - let me handle it
โ€ข Trust your instincts - if something feels off, report it
I will respond to safety concerns within 24 hours maximum, usually much faster.
