Happy New Moon, peaceful ones. 🌑
Gemini season asks us one question: what are you ready to say?
This new moon is a portal for new beginnings in how we communicate - with ourselves first, then with the world. Gemini rules the mind, the voice, the breath. And breath, beloved, is where peace lives.
So tonight I want to invite you into one simple practice:
Write down two things:
1. The story you are releasing about yourself
2. The truth you are choosing to speak. instead
Not the performed truth. Not the aspirational truth. The quiet one. The one your nervous system already knows but your mouth hasn’t caught up to yet.
That is your new moon intention.
We are not here to think our way to peace. We are here to speak ourselves into it. One honest word at a time.
