When i say Red meat is King its KING! One of the highest quality protiens you can eat next to eggs. If you're starting off at your local grocery store no worries but you want to convert over to grassfed organic Grocery store red meat has more omega 6, corn and soy that they feed to cows thats not beneficial to our bodies and they use coloring to make the meat look more red than it really is.

Im curious and its ok if your meals weren't healthy or not, but in order for us to get on the right track we have to understand what keeps us from losing weight.

Cheat meals
Do you ever feel guilty having a cheat meal, i use to as well but im human, we all are you just wanna make sure you dont make it an everyday thing. 1. Have protien before or with your cheat meal because we know its typically gonna be lots of processed carbs. This will help reduce the blood sugar spike 2. Workout before or right after your cheat meal this will keep insulin control and not spiral out of control 3. Have some apple cider vinegar this will help reduce the blood sugar spike and help out insulin 4. Take chromium this will help get glucose into the blood stream and go into your muscles more instead turning into fat 5. Make your cheat meal Omad (one meal a day) and let it be your only meal that day.
