Addiction and mental health issues are filled with chaos that affects the whole family. All the correct information to handle that chaos is out there and free for the taking. Easier said than done. Enabling, setting boundaries, better communication, controlling your emotions, are all examples of how to best address "YOU" the family, spouse, or friend.
Yes, this community is about helping the parents, spouses, family, and friends. But, helping the individual in crisis with drugs, alcohol, or mental health issues is the true objective. That is exactly what I specialize in.
This community is just starting out. As we progress we will have membership tiers to help everyone with their individual needs. Our focus is on the family, intervention, and aftercare.
